• Prune crape-myrtles, pamapas grass, and liriope, "Dead head" pansies. 

• Round one of fertilization program.

• Cut and maintain property as needed. Pine straw coverage (recommended). 

• ​Complete any heavy tree trimming.  

February

• Scalp Bermuda followed by aeration and sand, if desired.

• Fescue will begin to grow.

• Installation of Spring flowers.

Fall Phase

• Maintain property. 

• End of month start areation of over seeding of fescue.

• Fall flowers installed.

October

• Maintain property and blow leaves. 

• Fallen leaves removal from front and sides of property & the parking lot.

• Fallen leaves in back of building blown into existing tree areas.

• Aeration and over seeding of fescue.

• Round six of fertilization program.

• Fall flowers installed.

November

• Maintain property and blow leaves. 

• Round six of fertilization program.

• Fall flowers installed.
